Hours

Amsterdam, CET/CEST. Staffed 08:00–19:00 Monday to Friday, with an on-call rotation outside those hours for customers on the Extended and On-call tiers. Standard support gets a first response within four business hours; in practice it is usually the same morning.

Abuse

We distribute software on behalf of the vendor who uploaded it. If an artifact we serve is malicious, infringing or misrepresented, tell us at [email protected] with the download URL and we will look at it the same day. Confirmed cases have the channel suspended, which takes the artifact off every edge at once. We answer every report, including the ones we decline, and we say why.

Security

Report vulnerabilities to [email protected]. We reply within two business days, we do not require an NDA to talk, and we do not pursue researchers who act in good faith. There is no bounty programme; we do send a thank-you and, if you want it, a note you can quote.

Evaluations

Bring a real project and a real release schedule. We waive egress for two weeks, help with the integration, and there is no obligation at the end of it. Tell us the formats you publish and the regions your users are in — that is enough to start.

We do not take on end-user content delivery, media streaming or website acceleration. If that is what you need, we are the wrong supplier and will say so on the first mail rather than the third.
